I have been attending Grace’s classes for over 10 years. The classes are thoughtful, calming and stimulating – that may sound like an oxymoron but it’s true. I always feel like I have stretched and moved well by the end of the class and without fail feel centred. She provides clear, calm guidance and if you want to push a little harder or a little less she always gives you options.

She is a wonderful teacher, her classes are imbued with a profound understanding of yoga as a way of life rather than just a form of exercise - she will stretch your mind as well as your body. She is compassionate and challenging at the same time and also great fun! If you are thinking of taking up yoga, or are looking for a new teacher, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
